HCGH recognizes the importance of life-long education and training. Employees scheduled to work 30 to 40 hours per week may receive up to $3,000 per year for career-related undergraduate courses or $5,000 per year for career-related graduate courses. The courses must be taken at accredited colleges or universities.
Part-time employees scheduled to work 20 to 29 hours per week may be eligible for $1,500 per year for undergraduate courses or $2,000 per year for graduate courses. Staff must complete six months of service prior to receiving this benefit.
