The Center for Breast Care offers you access to our Oncology Nurse Navigator, Tina Evans (Beerman), RN, BS. She will provide answers to your questions and concerns about your diagnosis and treatment options, as well as services and resources that you may find helpful as you move through your treatment and recovery process. You will have access to Ms. Beerman throughout the continuum of your breast cancer treatment and beyond. If needed, she will accompany you to oncology appointments to help you understand the complex language of breast cancer care at a time when you are overwhelmed with questions, emotions, appointments, and disruptions in you daily life.
Ms. Evans will facilitate presenting your information to the weekly breast cancer multidisciplinary team conference and can meet with you personally and remain in contact with you throughout your breast cancer journey. She will facilitate access to the American Cancer Society Patient Navigator services, the Claudia Mayer Cancer Resource Center, Survivors Offering Support, psychosocial counseling services, The Red Devils, and support groups. Tina Beerman is your information resource and personal care coach.
